Coder Lab was brought on board to design and develop a custom web app that would help accomplish these goals.
TEN35 Seaside Rentals tasked Coder Lab with creating a web app that was both visually appealing and functional. The app needed to showcase the beautiful properties and amenities while also making the booking process easy and convenient.
The primary objective of this project was to develop a user-friendly platform that would allow potential guests to explore the rentals, learn more about the services offered, and make reservations. Additionally, the app needed to integrate TEN35 Seaside’s concierge services so guests could book activities, secure dinner reservations, or request personalized services during their stay. Finally, the app had to be mobile-friendly to accommodate the growing number of users who browse and book vacations from their phones.
Coderlab started specifying the goals that Ten35 Rental management was trying to achieve through the web app.

Property Showcase: Coder Lab designed the web app to feature large, high-resolution images of the rental properties, including both interior and exterior views. These visuals were paired with detailed descriptions of the amenities, floor plans, and the surrounding area, helping users feel connected to the properties before even arriving.

Guests can browse available dates, filter by the type of rental they prefer, and confirm their reservations all within a few clicks. Once the development was complete, the app was thoroughly tested on multiple devices to ensure everything worked properly. After successful testing, the app was launched and made available to guests.
